• After the item has been selected by the consumer, the vending machine will dispense the chosen product. How it is dispensed depends on the design of each machine and the goods it provides. Most drinks vending machines commonly dispense their goods into a waiting cup, whereas snack machines and canned drinks machines – such as coca cola vending machines – drop the item into a tray for the consumer.
